USED Purchaser accepts the aircraft “AS IS” as that term is defined in paragraph 7(a) on the reverse side hereof. Purchaser waives all rights and remedies in contract or tort against seller or manufacturer arising out of any defect, malfunction or failure of the aircraft, part or component to perform in accordance with published criteria."
 
NEW Aircraft is sold subject to a New Aircraft Limited Warranty (including pass through warranties referenced therein), a copy of which is annexed hereto and made a part hereof. Purchaser has read and understands the warranty disclaimer set forth in paragraph 7(b) on reverse side hereof. Except as provided in the attached New Aircraft Limited Warranty (and pass through warranties) purchaser waives all rights and remedies of any kind on contract or tort against seller and manufacturer arising out of any defect, malfunction or failure of the aircraft, part or component to perform according to published criteria."
